Rexburg Community Youth Event – Free for All Youth Grades K-12
Our local Rexburg area Cub Scout Packs and Scouting Troops are putting on a FREE, Family Fun, Community Event for ALL Youth in grades K-12th. Come see what we have to offer at this fun-filled outdoor activity.
WHEN: Saturday, April 27, 2024
TIME: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
WHERE: Porter Park (South Pavilion Area), Rexburg, ID
The youth and leaders of our local Rexburg area Cub Scout Packs and Scout Troops, along with other community volunteers, will be demonstrating Scouting related skills, activities, and “games with a purpose”. Youth participants will have the opportunity to participate and enjoy all the hands-on activities.
Doing your best is what Scouting is all about. Come experience the “outing” in Scouting for yourself.
Experience Hands-On activities:
– Rock Climbing Wall
– Stick-it Archery
– Monkey / Rope Bridge
– Pinewood Derby Racing (bring your car if you have one)
– Rain Gutter Regatta
– Film Canister Rockets
Learn:
– Fire Starting & Safety
– Flag Care & Folding with VFW Post 3012
– Outdoor Ethics / Leave No Trace

FREE Cotton Candy & Popcorn with completed activity punch card.
There will be information on how to join Cub Scouts or Scouting at the event.
