This week’s Rexburg Commons Adoptable Pet of the Week is the Elizabeth Swan from Rexburg’s Superhero Animal Rescue.

Elizabeth is 9 months old and as sweet as can be. She loves people and is very affectionate, as you’ll see in the video. She was brought into the rescue by a BYU-Idaho student who found her with kittens, but she was still a kitten herself and was too young to care for them.

She’s very talkative and loves to be with people. Her caregivers at the rescue say she’s a little shy at first and she’s independent, but once she’s comfortable she loves to be around people, and her fur is super soft.

Elizabeth Swan got her name by being identical to Jack Sparrow, who used to live at the rescue.

Rescue volunteers say Elizabeth likes humans better than other cats, and would probably do best as the only cat in the home.

She’s spayed, dewormed, and up-to-date on her vaccinations (just like the rest of her friends at the rescue).

If you’re interested in meeting Elizabeth or any of her friends, you can find them at Rexburg’s Superhero Animal Rescue at 119 S. 4th W. in Rexburg.
