REXBURG — Local vocalists from the Rexburg, Idaho Falls, Shelley and Rigby areas will take the stage Monday night for an all-ages show that organizers hope will inspire the next generation of singers.

iSing Vocalist Night will take place this Monday, November 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the Madison Performing Arts Center at 2300 University Blvd in Rexburg. Tickets are $4 apiece and are available here. The show will feature 16 local singers, including two America’s Got Talent finalists.

“These are not average singers,” says the show’s producer Sicily Clark. “These are incredibly skilled singers.”

Performers include:

Sisters Christina Stutzman and Ali Wilde, who were finalists on America’s Got Talent in 2010. They made it to the top 10 and performed on a 24-city tour. Stutzman is a vocal coach and the producer of SOS (Singers on Stage) in Idaho Falls. Wilde is also a vocal coach. The sisters will perform individually in Monday’s concert.
Finnley Webster, who is a sophomore at Bonneville High School in Idaho Falls and last year’s Miss Bonneville. She has been performing since she was seven and recently won the Idaho Falls Got Talent competition.
Erin Webster, who has been singing since she was a young child. As a youth, she sang in two bands and a jazz choir and now enjoys performing with her daughter, Finnley. Webster is a skilled vocalist who was instrumental in gathering the performers for this event.
Kelsey Blue, an Arkansas-born singer-songwriter who now lives in Idaho Falls. She comes from a long line of music lovers and has been performing since she was a toddler. She has a degree in vocal music performance from the University of Central Arkansas and is known for her soulful vocals.
Aimery Allred, who will be dedicating her performance to her late mother, ValaRae Allred.
Gus Hanosky, who is 23 years old and has been singing and playing the guitar since he was 17. He has been playing live music across Idaho for about two years.
Hagann Gittins, a 16-year-old student at Hillcrest High School in Ammon. She has been singing since she was little and for the past three years has performed with SOS.
Sydney Harper, a junior at Thunder Ridge High School in Idaho Falls. She says she has always loved music because it allows her to express herself in ways she can’t with words.
Jaron Sautter, a junior at Thunder Ridge. Sautter has played the piano for seven years and the guitar for four years. When he’s not hanging out with his friends, he’s playing the guitar or the piano.
Carlie Leckington, a labor and delivery nurse at Mountain View Hospital who also loves to sing country music and church music.
Taylor Brunson, who says music has been her “entire personality” since she was a little kid. She is a junior at Shelley High School.
McKenzie Lee is a senior at Bonneville High School and plans to study music education in college. She loves singing in choirs and performing in musical theater.
Sarah Bingham, a student at Bonneville High School, loves performing with the Bonnevaires and Chanteuse choral groups.
Tara Reilley, who performed in the Ricks College touring vocal group Showtime, in opera theater and as a featured performer at Lagoon.
Connor Shippen is a 24-year-old psychology student at Brigham Young University-Idaho. He has played guitar and piano by ear as long as he can remember and started playing for weddings and events about two years ago.

“These are a selection of top vocalists from our area,” Clark says. “Most of them are teenagers that are just incredibly skilled singers. So, it’s a great family night. It’s a very reasonable price point, so we hope to fill up the whole auditorium with youth and teenagers and families.”

Clark says she and vocalist Erin Webster brought iSing to life to give local performers a chance to shine. Clark says while she loves the excitement our local communities have for athletics, she felt like performing artists didn’t get as many opportunities to share their talents. Clark and Webster aim to fix that.

“I am just so glad we get the opportunity to do this,” Webster says. “A few of these incredibly talented musicians have never been on stage and their musical giftedness really should be heard.”
