REXBURG—While you may be hungry for more restaurant options in Rexburg, you should never go thirsty. With eight different soda pop shop locations in Rexburg, the city’s beverage needs are covered. Each soda shop provides a unique take on the soda-shop craze. Which mix ranks supreme? Let’s ask the soda makers themselves.
Mountain Pop Shop

Mountain Pop Shop opened in early September to enthusiastic crowds. This shed-turned-soda shop parked in the corner of Berry Oil is located a half mile away from Madison High School. Mountain Pop Shop decorates the establishment with Edison light bulbs and picnic tables to give an environment suitable for all times of the day.
Mountain Pop Shop provides Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coca-Cola Zero, Dr. Pepper, Diet Dr. Pepper, Barq’s, Mountain Dew, Diet Mountain Dew, Mountain Dew Zero Sugar, Sprite, Sprite Zero Sugar, Tropicana Lemonade, and Gatorade as a base for their drink mixes. Mountain Pop Shop provides flavored water, coffee, and hot chocolate as well.
Mountain Pop Shop’s most coveted drink is the Grand Teton. This drink consists of any drink base, Huckleberry, and Coconut Cream.
Energy shots can be added to any drink for $1 extra
“Choose Your Adventure” options are available as well, allowing customers to build their soda creations from scratch. Customers can choose from 33 different options.
Mountain Pop Shop offers various pies (such as Pepperoni and Canadian Bacon), bagels/spread, cookies, treats, and yogurt. Mountain Pop Shop discounts these items through combos and other deals. More information is provided in the link below.

Exclusive to Rexburg, Sips Craft Drinks operates in the main lobby of the Lodge Apartments. Anyone is welcome. The soda shop serves as a convenience store/soda shop hybrid, offering candy bars, bottled soda, and general drugstore items.
Sips Soda Shop provides Coca-Cola, Diet Coca-Cola, Diet Pepsi, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Diet Mountain Dew, Dr Pepper, Diet Dr. Pepper, Barq’s Root Beer, Tropicana Lemonade, Sprite, and Sprite Zero.
Customers create their own drink or choose from one of their signature options.

The craft soda shop offers Mountain Dew, 7-Up, Root Beer, Dr. Pepper, and Pepsi for their signature drinks. Customizable sodas are available. They sell build-your-own ice cream sandwiches for your sweet tooth, too.
Great Scott’s operates as a large gas station/soda shop hybrid. Various energy drinks, snacks, and drugstore items are also available.
